Angel's Hot Cocoa
This makes a little less than three cups of hot cocoa mix.
2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
Dash of salt
1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
A dash or two of nutmeg (or a couple of swipes of your fresh nutmeg on your grinder)
Mix all ingredients and store in Mason jars for gifts. To make hot cocoa, mix about 3-4 heaping spoons full of mixture into hot water, top with homemade marshmallows and serve!

Homemade Bailey's Original Irish Cream
1 cup light cream
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake the bottle well before serving. Makes 4 cups.
Buttered Rum
Sip this fragrant potion by the fireside with good friends all around. It will make your toes tingle and your heart merry. Serves 8.
2 quart apple cider or apple juice
2 cup brown sugar
4 sticks cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup rum
Simmer juice, sugar, and cinnamon 15 to 20 minutes. Add butter and rum, and simmer another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Hot Spiced Cider
1 gallon apple juice or cider
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
1 lemon, washed and sliced
1 orange, washed and sliced
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon whole allspice
Combine cider, fruit and brown sugar in a large pan. Tie cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in a cheesecloth spice bag. Place in cider mixture. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Orange-Lemonade Punch
1 (6-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup sugar
10 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
Sprite
Combine everything except Sprite, then add Sprite until you like the taste.
Party Punch
This is Traci's recipe.
2 liters ginger ale
1 1/2 gallons orange juice
1/2 quart pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Orange slices
Mix juices and then add ginger ale. Pour over ice and serve with orange slices.
Russian Tea
An oldie but a goodie!
1 jar granulated orange drink (Tang)
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup instant tea
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Mix and store in an airtight container. To use, add 2 tablespoons of mix to about 8-10 ounces of hot water.
