Beverage Recipes
With these recipes you can slurp and then burp. Sorry to say that Grandpaw Whaley's recipe for moonshine has been lost to time.

Angel's Hot Cocoa
Buttered Rum
Homemade Bailey's Original Irish Cream
Hot Spiced Cider
Orange-Lemonade Punch
Party Punch
Russian Tea

Angel's Hot Cocoa
This makes a little less than three cups of hot cocoa mix.

2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
Dash of salt
1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
A dash or two of nutmeg (or a couple of swipes of your fresh nutmeg on your grinder)

Mix all ingredients and store in Mason jars for gifts. To make hot cocoa, mix about 3-4 heaping spoons full of mixture into hot water, top with homemade marshmallows and serve!

*The Homemade Marshmallows recipe is below in the Miscellaneous Sweet Things section.
